So you’ve got questions? I’ve got answers for you - check out some frequently asked questions below.

  • All of your backend needs to be sorted before you enquire - business names, trademarks, registering for an ABN, reserving domains and emails, social handles, and any legalities before booking in. After that, start building a Pinterest board of fonts, illustrations, images, colours and logo inspo - this will be a requirement during the briefing process so it’s great to get ahead.

  • Not often but if you are a return client, you will receive 10% off all offerings *Mention ‘Return discount’ during enquiry.

  • I’ve got you, I know that this can be a big investment. If you can’t budget in the 50% booking deposit we can organise a 4 part payment plan with 25% deposit to book and the 3x remaining payments made throughout your booking time.

  • You will recieve a range of Full colour, Outline and Single Tone, Black and White and Transparent Background copies. I always supply the highest possible quality files. Mainly PNG files at 300dpi but also PDF, SVG and AI files where necessary for print and web etc. (editable/source file will depend and incur an extra charge).

  • Between strategy, planning and the draw up/design, the initial draft can take up to a week after your booking date.

  • I offer a faster service for an additional fee - my hourly rate is $100PH, send me an email to discuss a finalised quote on top of your package.

  • I usually work via online forms and email but if you prefer a phone call, Zoom call or in person meet up we can arrange this at a time that suits us both. Please note that in person consults will incur a $100AUD fee upfront that will be deducted from your invoice should you choose to book in. Travel fees also apply if you are more than 30km from Safety Bay, WA

  • All logos , branding and websites come with 3 draft revision rounds. If we go over the included draft revision rounds I charge $100 PH for any additional rounds.

  • Each project varies - please check out my packages for the estimated TAT. These timeframes include my ‘48hr reply’ rule as per your client contract. I understand running businesses are time consuming so I allow up to 2 business days for replies once our booking date has commenced. If you are replying faster and at times that I am in office (Mon-Fri / 9-3pm AWST) then things will move along quicker.

  • I always recommend saving up and budgeting in weekly for the full experience - the planning and strategy is a big part of the investment. But I know that’s not always an option and I often get asked if I can fix an old Logo or update old branding and the answer is yes and no. I won’t work with another designers work unless permitted to make adjustments and you have the editable .AI source file - I will need to view the .AI file before agreeing to proceed. As for “fixing up” branding done via Etsy or Canva, unfortunately the file is incompatible with my design systems.
